About
I draw to make some sense of ----- (me, the world, me in the world). I understand art as a souvenir from the invisible part of life, brought to the visible part. The drawings are mostly for me- a sort of therapy- or proof that my thoughts exist outside of fishbowlhead- or a place to pin tail ends of thoughts then follow them. I invite others to look at the bliss that accompanies confusion and illness and loss, because I think this bliss can mend greed and suffering.
Practice
They are drawings on paper. I prefer them unframed. I use colored pencil, pen, and gouache or acrylic to cover large areas. They are smaller than a person.
