- These paintings are about moments of wonder. Often I'll stop in my tracks when getting a nighttime glass of water or while looking down the endless view of my street and something strikes me- a feeling that I can't articulate, threatening to overwhelm. These paintings, whether based on real moments or imagined worlds, are about that bone deep, existential awe that throws the body, mind and self into sharper relief.
