The sculpture gradually became something between a plant and a living organism — stretching upward, leaning, pulling itself toward a certain direction.
That feeling of “growing toward a source of strength” also made me think about my mother. She has always been a very strong person, and as her child, I feel connected to this plant-like form, growing through her influence and guidance. It is not about control, but about being supported, lifted, and drawn upward by a powerful presence.
Many plants naturally grow toward sunlight, and for me, this work carries a similar sense of movement. It speaks about growth, dependence, resilience, and the quiet persistence of continuing to reach upward even in moments of fragility.
